Do I need to have any prior experience with nervous system or subconscious work?
Not at all. We’ll guide you step-by-step, starting with the basics and building from there. Everything is taught in plain language and with real-life examples.
What if I can’t make all the live sessions?
No problem. All sessions are recorded and uploaded to your private course portal within 24 hours. You’ll have lifetime access to the replays and resources.
Will this be too intense for me?
This program is designed to be safe, gentle, and trauma-informed. You choose your own pace, and every practice can be adapted to your comfort level. We focus on building safety before going deeper.
How much time will I need each week?
The live session is 60–75 minutes once a week, plus 10–20 minutes a day (optional) for simple practices you can fit into your normal routine.
Is this therapy?
No, Let’s Get Free is a coaching and education program. It’s not a substitute for therapy or medical care. However, many participants find it complements other healing work beautifully.
I’ve tried other self-help or mindset courses before. How is this different?
Most programs work only at the “mind” level. We combine nervous system regulation with subconscious reprogramming so your body and mind are aligned that’s where lasting change happens.
What if I feel uncomfortable sharing in a group?
You never have to share anything personal unless you choose to. You can participate fully just by listening, practicing, and using the tools privately.
